Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accepting a quote provided by The A Projekt d/b/a OneVisionWeb (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. We reserve the right to cancel, revise, or reissue any quote that has expired.

2. Domain & Hosting

The Client is responsible for the purchase and renewal of their domain name and hosting account unless otherwise specified in a maintenance or hosting plan.

We may recommend hosting providers based on your website’s needs. If the Client does not already own a domain or hosting account, we will assist with WordPress installation and configuration on the selected host as part of the project setup.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due prior to website launch or delivery.
  • Invoices are issued for both the deposit and final balance.
  • Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice due date will incur a $50 late fee.
  • To help prevent missed payments, automated reminders may be sent prior to due dates.

Failure to submit final payment may delay project completion or website launch.

4. Promotional Codes

Only one (1) promotional code may be applied per client per package. Promo codes must be submitted at the time of booking via phone or the sign-up form. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

5. Website Content & Revisions

  • The Client is responsible for providing all website content, including text, images, and videos, before development begins.
  • Delays in content delivery will extend the project timeline accordingly.
  • Each project includes up to five (5) rounds of revisions.
  • Additional revision rounds are billed at $100 per round.
  • Significant scope changes, new pages, or feature requests made after mockup approval may incur additional fees.

6. Maintenance Plans

Available Plans

OneVisionWeb offers the following maintenance plans:

  • OneVisionCare (Maintenance Only)
  • OneVisionCare Pro (Maintenance + Hosting)

Plans may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Maintenance Includes

  • Regular website backups
  • Core, theme, and plugin updates
  • Security monitoring
  • Site migration assistance (when applicable)
  • Prompt technical support

Exclusions

Maintenance plans do not include:

  • Major design changes or full redesigns
  • New features or custom functionality development
  • Content creation or bulk content population
  • Third-party software licenses or subscription fees

Maintenance services are available only for websites developed or redesigned by OneVisionWeb.

7. Website Completion & Launch

Once development is complete, the Client will be given the opportunity to review the website.

  • Final approval must be accompanied by full payment of the remaining balance.
  • Upon payment confirmation, the website will be launched or delivered.
  • Approval signifies acceptance of the final project deliverables.

8. Authorization & Branding

The Client authorizes OneVisionWeb to include a “Designed by OneVisionWeb” credit in the website footer.

If the Client prefers to remove this credit, a $50 removal fee applies.

9. Media & Assets

  • The Client must supply high-resolution images, graphics, and videos for use on the website.
  • Any stock images, graphics, or media provided by OneVisionWeb remain the property of The A Projekt and may be reused in future projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
