Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by OneVisionWeb (“OneVisionWeb,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the individual, business, or organization purchasing or approving services (“Client”).
These Terms supplement any applicable proposal, quote, invoice, service agreement, maintenance plan, or other written agreement between OneVisionWeb and the Client.
1. Quotes & Acceptance
By approving a quote, paying an invoice or deposit, signing a service agreement, or otherwise authorizing OneVisionWeb to begin work, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
After expiration, OneVisionWeb may revise, cancel, or reissue a quote based on current pricing, availability, or project requirements.
The services and deliverables specifically listed on the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement make up the approved project scope.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated:
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due before the completed website is launched, transferred, released, or delivered.
- Deposits reserve project time and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
- OneVisionWeb is not required to release final work while an outstanding project balance remains unpaid.
Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days may be subject to a $30 late fee.
OneVisionWeb may pause development, support, maintenance, hosting, or other services when an account is past due.
Any payment schedule specifically stated on an approved invoice or agreement will control for that project.
3. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code or discount may be applied to a qualifying purchase.
Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively unless specifically approved by OneVisionWeb.
Promotions may include expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or service restrictions.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing all materials reasonably required to complete the project, including applicable:
- Website copy
- Logos and branding
- Images and videos
- Product or service information
- Business and contact information
- Domain or hosting access
- Third-party credentials
- Policies or disclosures
The Client agrees to provide materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays caused by missing content, access, feedback, or approvals may extend the project timeline.
The Client is responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy before final approval.
5. Project Scope
The approved quote, invoice, proposal, questionnaire, and applicable agreement determine the scope of work.
Requests outside the approved scope may require an additional quote or invoice.
Examples include:
- Additional pages
- New functionality
- Major design changes
- New integrations
- Custom development
- Content creation
- SEO services
- E-commerce or membership functionality not originally included
OneVisionWeb will notify the Client before beginning additional billable work.
6. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, website development projects include up to three (3) reasonable revision rounds.
A revision round means a consolidated set of changes submitted after reviewing a project stage.
Revisions do not include major redesigns, new pages, new functionality, new integrations, or substantial changes to previously approved work.
Additional revision rounds are billed at $200 per round unless otherwise quoted.
7. Project Delays & Inactivity
Project timelines depend on cooperation from both OneVisionWeb and the Client.
If the Client becomes unresponsive for 14 consecutive days, OneVisionWeb may place the project on hold.
If the project remains inactive for 30 days or more, it may need to be rescheduled based on current availability.
Extended delays may require an updated timeline or quote.
8. Website Completion & Launch
Before launch, the Client will have an opportunity to review the completed website and provide final approval.
Before the website is launched or released:
- Final approval must be received.
- All project balances must be paid.
- Required domain, hosting, and third-party accounts must be active and accessible.
Final approval confirms acceptance of the project, subject to the post-launch correction period.
9. Post-Launch Corrections
For 14 days following the initial website launch, OneVisionWeb will correct development errors directly related to the originally approved scope at no additional charge.
This does not include:
- New content
- New pages
- New functionality
- New design requests
- Client-requested changes
- Issues caused by Client or third-party modifications
- Software, hosting, API, browser, or platform changes occurring after launch
- General ongoing maintenance
After this period, assistance may be provided through OneVisionRepair, OneVisionCare, or another separately quoted service.
10. Domain Names
Unless otherwise stated, the Client is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and renewing their domain name.
OneVisionWeb may assist with domain registration, DNS configuration, redirects, or related technical work when included in the project scope.
OneVisionWeb is not responsible for domain loss caused by expired billing information, registrar issues, Client account problems, or other third-party actions outside our control.
11. Website Hosting
Website hosting is not included with a standard website development project unless it is specifically listed on the Client’s invoice or purchased as part of an applicable OneVisionCare plan, such as OneVisionCare Pro.
If the Client uses a third-party hosting provider, OneVisionWeb is not responsible for outages, server failures, hosting limitations, account suspensions, provider configuration changes, or other issues outside our control.
12. OneVisionCare
OneVisionWeb offers optional ongoing website maintenance through OneVisionCare.
Current plan details are available at:
onevisionweb.com/onevisioncare
Services may include website updates, backups, security monitoring, technical maintenance, and other services according to the specific plan purchased.
Maintenance plans do not automatically include:
- Major redesigns
- New pages
- New functionality
- Custom development
- New integrations
- Content creation
- SEO campaigns
- Third-party software costs
Work outside the purchased maintenance plan may require a separate quote.
13. One-Time Services
Clients who do not require ongoing maintenance may request eligible one-time assistance through OneVisionRepair or another OneVisionWeb service.
One-time work is separately scoped and does not create an ongoing maintenance obligation.
14. Third-Party Software & Services
Websites may rely on third-party services such as WordPress, plugins, themes, payment processors, booking platforms, APIs, hosting providers, email services, and analytics tools.
Some functionality may require paid subscriptions or licenses.
Unless specifically included on the Client’s invoice, third-party licensing and subscription fees are the Client’s responsibility.
OneVisionWeb cannot guarantee that third-party software or services will remain available, maintain the same pricing, or continue supporting a particular feature.
15. Content & Intellectual Property
The Client confirms that they have permission to use all text, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, trademarks, and other materials they provide.
The Client retains ownership of materials they supply.
After the project is paid in full, the Client owns the custom visual design and Client-specific content created specifically for the project, excluding third-party materials and reusable OneVisionWeb intellectual property.
OneVisionWeb retains ownership of pre-existing and reusable code, tools, processes, templates, frameworks, methods, and software.
16. Portfolio Use
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, OneVisionWeb may display completed projects in its portfolio, social media, case studies, marketing materials, and promotional content.
Confidential information, credentials, or private Client data will not intentionally be included.
17. Website Credit
Unless otherwise agreed, the Client authorizes OneVisionWeb to include a small “Designed by OneVisionWeb” or similar credit in the website footer.
The credit may be removed upon request.
18. Search Engine Optimization
Comprehensive SEO services are not included unless specifically listed in the Client’s project scope.
OneVisionWeb does not guarantee specific search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, or Google positions.
Additional SEO services may be available through OneVisionSEO.
19. Security & Third-Party Issues
OneVisionWeb uses reasonable development and security practices, but no website, server, plugin, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously error-free.
After launch, ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, and maintenance are the Client’s responsibility unless covered by an active OneVisionWeb maintenance or hosting service.
OneVisionWeb is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, software, payment processors, APIs, or services outside our control.
20. E-Commerce & Payments
When a website accepts payments, bookings, subscriptions, donations, or other transactions, processing is generally handled by a third-party provider.
The Client is responsible for maintaining their payment-processing account.
OneVisionWeb is not responsible for declined transactions, disputes, chargebacks, frozen funds, transaction fees, account suspensions, or payment-provider outages.
21. Browser & Device Compatibility
OneVisionWeb designs websites to function across modern desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and commonly used browsers.
Because technology changes over time, identical appearance or functionality across every device, browser, browser version, or operating system cannot be guaranteed.
22. Legal & Compliance Responsibilities
Unless specifically included in the project scope, OneVisionWeb does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, privacy, or compliance advice.
The Client is responsible for determining what policies, disclosures, accessibility requirements, privacy notices, cookie notices, terms, or industry-specific requirements apply to their business.
OneVisionWeb may assist with implementing Client-provided requirements but does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance.
23. Cancellation
The Client may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Payments already applied to completed work, reserved project time, software purchases, administrative work, or nonrecoverable expenses are generally non-refundable.
If completed work exceeds the amount already paid, the Client remains responsible for the outstanding balance.
OneVisionWeb may suspend or terminate services due to nonpayment, extended inactivity, failure to provide required materials, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, or other material violations of these Terms.
24. Limitation of Liability
OneVisionWeb will perform services with reasonable professional care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneVisionWeb is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, downtime, lost search rankings, or losses caused by third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, OneVisionWeb’s total liability relating to a project or service will not exceed the amount paid to OneVisionWeb for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
25. No Guarantee of Business Results
OneVisionWeb does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, customers, bookings, website traffic, search rankings, conversions, or other business results.
26. Changes to These Terms
OneVisionWeb may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updates will apply to future purchases and services after publication unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
Existing signed project agreements will continue to be governed by the terms accepted for that project.
27. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
28. Electronic Agreements
Quotes, invoices, agreements, approvals, and related records may be provided and accepted electronically.
Electronic signatures and electronic records are intended to have the same effect as paper originals to the extent permitted by applicable law.
29. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions may be submitted through the contact information provided on the OneVisionWeb website.
